Water: The Best and Safest Drink

We can not live without water; its the best natural resource available to us. It is supposed to be the best and the safest drink ever. We need adequate amount of water to maintain good health as its essential for various physiological functions of the body.
Many people are not aware of the fact that many health ailments like joint problems, fatigue, headache etc can be cured simply by increasing your water-intake. 75% of our body is made of water and drinking enough water maintains proper hydration level in body; it keeps our body away from health ailments like acidity, toxins, dehydration, excess fat and heart burn. Always be careful enough by not letting your body dehydrated.
Although there is no strict recommended timing for drinking water, still the best time to drink water is in the morning. It helps maintain proper metabolic rate of the body. People who are habitual of drinking carbonated drinks, tea and coffee for refreshment should also try to switch to pure water; it helps avoid unwanted calories in body. Water helps to regulate your appetite and keeps you away from food cravings. While you are on your weight loss diet you must make sure that you consume at least 2-3 liters of water everyday. Adequate intake of water also helps maintain proper function of Kidneys and liver.
Water has an amazing capability of removing wastes and toxic substances from the body. Drinking enough water will keep you away from improper bowel movements and constipation as well. In order to maintain the proper hydration level of the body some one may also sip juices, soups and beverages like buttermilk, although nothing can replace water. However, it is better to keep away from excess consumption of beverages like tea, coffee and carbonated & alcoholic drinks. Water is a pre requisite for having a beautiful skin, healthy heart, healthy metabolism and a good digestive system.
However, you must ensure that you drink pure water only to keep you away from water borne diseases; water can be life and can take away your life too.
